What a pleasure to find a well stocked store with a welcoming smile! I went into Shaw's to buy some tools and drill bits. The owner served me and was as normal very pleasant! Its a business that thrives on its knowhow and the very extensive stock and second to none servicing they offer on all electrical tools! It's a shop you need to at least see. There aren't many good shops like this left!

I have used this shop for years, unlike the online alternatives you get to speak with someone explain what you need and they can advise and show you alternatives.It is a very good shop has multiple brands and tools, I strongly recommend.

Charlie’s dad is a pussio he scammed me for tools so man’s got no p left for loud all man wanted to do was bun a zoot but now I can’t because of my man’s dad watch when I catch you lacking

Great firm very helpful plenty of stock

Came in store to get a dodgy jigsaw repaired. Service was quick, polite and professional. Was told it may take a few weeks to get it sorted but to my surprise I have just got a call from them to say it's been repaired - goes to show the efficiency of the company 5/5

Pay for quality

Big disappointment. At first I saw their website where I found some interesting things for a good price and since I live in London, I wanted to personally pick up this tool in the store. I called the store if they had everything I wanted in stock and if a deposit was needed. I was told they had everything in stock and no deposit required. The next day, in the store guy told me that nothing I wanted was in stock now, but that it wasn't a problem to order it and pick up later following week. I was angry but I agreed to make an order and wait few days. None of the prices listed on their website were correct and my order was 15% more expensive. They refused the deposit again and promised to call me within two days to confirm date when I would be able to pick it up. It's been the second week since my visit there and no one has contacted me yet and their website doesn't work except for the home page, so what is the problem? Are you closing down or you don't interested to do a business?

The owner was very nice as usual and is a great help with fixing my tools but however when I came back a boy helped me out very well even from his age clearly well employed however acted strange after selling me a new electronic drill by saying “ I’m too cold “ and proceeded to jump up and down. Over all high quality tools good prices and great customer services
