Not an enjoyable place to work. Management feel the need to bully and be little staff, and in some cases sack employees because they don't ''fit in''.

A very bad place to work indeed, the managers think that they are above you and don`t treat you right, everybody talks behind each others back and for the quality of work, they complete their jobs poorly in the hope that they get called back for a fix when stuff go wrong. I know this because I use to work there.

Saw them throwing litter like cable ties they weren't using into the bushes when replacing lights at Lower Sydenham Station this weekend. Engineers should be trained to not litter! Makes a really bad impression about how well they can do a job.
