In my experience the only thing this company is able to guarantee is that it will consistently let you down. They appear to be only interested in dealing with large companies so if you have a small business, like me, don't bother.
I have made appointments with them recently and have waited in all day for an engineer to attend only to be cancelled late in the day. That is three days lost work for me. There is no apologies or any effort to 're-arrange the appointment.

I turned up and it wasn't the cleanest place it's need a paint job and the access should be adapted for wheelchair accessible also the fleet looked run down and probly was

Dreadful company. Got charged twice for the same job, because the engineer could not access the shop on the first visit, even though no time slot was given, I have evidence of this. But company is not interested! Avoid, do not trust!
