EV Charging Solutions

I have had an EV charging point installed at home by EV Charging Solutions. The whole experience from ordering through to installation went very well and I am very pleased with the final result.

The installer was faced with a number of technical problems to overcome due to my existing electrical installation and he dealt with these in a professional and efficient manner.

I would have no hesitation in recommending EV Charging Solutions to others.

After trying a couple of electricians and another charger company EV Charging Solutions were the only company that got back to me with a realistic price! My installation was non standard and pretty tricky, the other companies were not interested and said it couldn't be done. Chris came to survey my property and came up with a solution within minuets. The whole process was painless and done in time for the government grant (which they also dealt with for me). Very happy, would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with EV Charging solutions from guidance on the different products available through to installation. All very impressive.

Shocking service. Told me I had to upgrade my consumer unit (cost me £550) and then the fitter said it was unnecessary and could have installed a unit outside for £40!
They didn’t fit a clamp for the solar panels and refuse to return my phone calls.

Made contact via Bark initially to be rung up at 8am by an incredibly rude young female. Upon enquiring I stated I required a costing for a BP Pulse Home Charger Unit to be replaced with an OHME Unit, female stated she needed to send somebody out to which I replied I would just like costing as the in situ and working. I just wanted a price to change the unit ( I was reiterating what my Enquiry what’s for ) to which he replied in a rather loud argumentative voice. “I’m trying to help you, there’s no need to be so rude” I wasn’t being rude, however, she certainly was. Female needs training to read what the enquiry is about and polite customer service. Fantastic way to lose custom!

Excellent start to end - happy to answer my multiple questions* They managed the government grant application and fit me in well within fortnight of payment. Great guy too, the electrician Phil. No regrets so far.

*Was small issue on their form which stated I would pay a couple hundred less when in fact the online form was not working correctly - then I realised the price was in line with competitors so went ahead with it.

Had my charging point installed today. The whole experience with this company has been exemplary, from start to end. Pre-install customer service was fantastic and engineer Jordan did a beautiful job - neat, and exactly to spec. Cannot recommend this company enough!
