I rang in a panic yesterday afternoon for an urgent job. Steve arrived this morning at 7am, certificate by email arrived 09.15. Incredible service, friendly helpful (non-judgemental!!) very good price. I am now a customer for life. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Fiona

Good service, friendly and fast

I used PAT test UK for a good three yrs before they took me to court over £60 non cancellation fee for an appointment I personally did not book! They contacted us and booked it with a member of my staff. Before I knew it I ended up paying over £300 in court fees. A matter that could have been resolved if they had contacted me personally. So I would never use them again as felt they took it to far without trying to resolve
It with me personably so be careful!

Jamie attended our Student Accommodation buildings in Aberdeen to do Pat Testing and he honestly felt like part of the team. He was great with students, assisted the team with questions and requirements and kept us updated on what had been done at certain points. Was nice having a friendly contractor with a can do attitude. Hopefully we can have him back again next year.
