I would not recommend this company. Service is terrible. Twice they arranged to come and do a job for me and never turned up. First time they didn't even have the courtesy to ring and cancel. I had to ring them. Second time they did ring me an hour after I was expecting them to say that they had to attend a call out. Waste of my time completely.

I’ve just had my sprinkler system serviced by Nick from FRS electrical ltd A very professional man explained everything to me as he did a year ago when we moved into our new build , went from room to room to ensure that all sprinklers were dust free and the system was as it should be ,thanks Nick I’m one very happy customer see you in a year .

Absolute terrible company, wouldn't call them tradesman, no customer service totally rude people and couldn't get them back for months to do the work and when they did finish I had to get another electrician in to sort out their mess.

Avoid, , never turns up, cowboys , sware at customer, terrible experience. Nick their manager is out of control. trade standards should pull their licence.

We used this company to install a Mister System for us in March 2019. However in under 2 years the pump started to fail by constantly self testing. After waiting a substantial amount of time to have an update from them after having it sent away. It was returned to us in late 2021, but was still faulty self testing constantly once again.

FSR Electrical or Fire Safety Wales as they are also known assured us they would get this sorted for us in the new year. We have heard nothing from them for over a year and they also did not arrange or conduct the yearly service. Their customer service is absolutely dreadful and I would not recommend this company.
