Had some plastering work done by dodd's didn't complete the job nor returned my call after 2weeks.. still waiting for a call back??🤔😒

Appointment booked for 23rd April 2021 between 12-5pm rang at 4-50pm where are they, oh he went home this morning ill, well thanks for ringing, we did it rescheduled for 11th May 2021 8am-12pm at 3-10 had to ring say where is he she sd oh yes he was supposed to call. Did he leave a card no I was here. Now rescheduled for fri 14th 12-2pm may be 3rd time lucky but I will be letting the gybc that they have not bothered the last 2 arrangements.

Man who came round to sort out heating was Brill, very patient (I can try the patience of a saint 🤣) he listened and answered all my questions, felt completely at ease talking to him.
