Poped into the shop in St Albans on a Tuesday and the young lady I met was very polite and professional. Offered to send out a member of staff the next day to undertake a free assessment of my property for an ev charger install. Member of staff arrived the next day on Wednesday as agreed, very professional and knowledgeable.

Received a very reasonable quote for the ev charger install by email on a Thursday morning after an on site assessment the previous day. I immediately rang to confirm I was happy with the quote and was thereon offered an installation of my chosen EV Charger on the same day. Within 30 minutes an electrician arrived at my property and installation was completed an hour later.

Tradesmen get a lot of stick for being unreliable but these guys are top class and very professional. I would highly recommend their services.

This time they gave a timely service about lighting which kept 'tripping' thoroughly checked wiring to establish the cause and then gave well reasoned advice to solve the problem.
