Having asked for Tony and his team’s help before I knew I would be getting a first class service when replacing my cooker extractor fan. The correspondence was immediate as was the arrival of my two friendly engineers as soon as I took delivery of the unit.Always polite clean tidy and efficient and even texted to ask if they could arrive early. Marvellous service.

Kris organised it well with me and I received accurate quotations and notifications in anticipation to my appointment. I needed to reschedule that time, and they were really understanding, helpful and flexible in rearranging my appointment. The engineers, Josh and Gabriel, came on time as planned, and both of them were open to listen to my preference with light installations and placements and also provided expert advice to tailor my needs. Their attention to detail was exceptional, and they explain and involve me with the decision making in every step of the way. The outcome was excellent and even was even beyond what I expected. The 2 people who showed up were lovely, showed up on time, super quick, they were done within 30 minutes , they were very polite, clean, well dressed, clearly knowledgeable, respectful, they explained everything to me, put everything back and overall amazing! 100% would recommend and will use them again myself.

His two colleagues carried out an inspection of the property and tested the electrics, fuse board and ensured that everything was safe and in good working order.

The electricians were very professional, efficient and talked me through their role and what they were doing at all stages. I would also add that they were did a fantastic job, with a positive, professional and friendly attitude.

I’ve had THS help us twice now with various issues with lights installed by another electrician. THS were booked to change all my downlights and one ceiling light in the bathroom to LED. They were extremely professional and friendly. They also looked at two hallway lights to ensure they were wired correctly at no extra cost. Upon completing each task, they ensured they cleaned up after themselves. I can highly recommend this company.
