Unfortunately certain contractors have shown nothing but disregard to site rules and rudeness to site staff With the company I'm associated with! When spoken too in relation a disappointing attitude was communicated back?
Work standards are good, but this type of behaviour and disrespect is a concern that needs addressing, and can cause reputation issues for 3S.

3S have been a fantastic partner during our recent expansion. They have managed the site, all of the trades as well as being the electrical contractor during the fitout of our new 25,400 sq ft facility.

Highlights have been a 60 dBA, 25m x 15m x 9m acoustic wall, bespoke concrete trenching with footplates, lots of unusual high power electrical requirements and 100m of perimeter fencing.

Nothing was too much trouble even when we had to make changes part way through the project and this all happened during the coronavirus pandemic.

I would recommend 3S as they are very flexible, friendly and you will get 100% value for money.
