Used CNC for an extension on my property last year and cannot recommend them enough. They are reasonable, knowledgeable and creative with their ideas. Helped me a lot with what I wanted and always came up with suggestions I hadn’t even thought about and have made my kitchen diner the best space in the house. Highly recommend!

I hired this company to do work to certify my 1 bed flat to get a EICR certificate, when they came to check the flat they failed because the connections in some of the downlights were not done properly so they sent me a quote of £300 to fix 12 lights which I agreed to. As I don't live in the property after they've done their work I went to the flat to check the work they've done and to my shock all they did was just cover the wires with electric tape (see picture)and covered them with £1 worth of plastic box ( they charged me £25 per light) and on top of that they only did a shoddy job to 3 out of the 12 they were charging me for. when I asked them why they did that they tried to B.S me with some technical jargon when I didn't buy and I proved to them that they were trying to scam me then the manager realized that I caught them out so he decided to not charge me of the work they did.
this company should not be running a business as they obviously try to scam people especially those who know nothing about electrical work it's an absolute scam very untrustworthy and I wouldn't use them for anything.
it makes me wonder how many people got ripped off by this company when they haven't checked their work.
please don't use them at all.

Work carried out to an excellent standard. Clean tidy honest and professional., they even found the fitting cheaper than the original quote which they very kindly informed and changed for me. Highly recommend

I can't recommend this company enough. They have helped us on many occasions. Always professional, polite, helpful and swift. Will use again without any doubt.

AVOID IT! They try to scam people.
They carried out EICR work for me and it failed because there are 10 downlight need to be replaced fire rated. They gave me a quote of £450 + VAT with an example type of downlight. I looked online and found this type of downlight only cost £4 each! I asked them to justify their price but obviously they could not, and said it was standard. And if someone else carry out the remedial work, they will need to re-charge the full price of EICR, to get a satisfactory report.

Anyway my agency got me a second quote from another engineer. It is only £175 +VAT for supply and fit. Although I need to do the EICR again, I’m happy to do so rather than being ripped off by CNC!

This is ridiculous! There should be more price regulations on the remedial work for EICR completion! I found I was not the only person in the dilemma: on one side, the remedial work quote is not reasonable; on the other side, I don’t really want to pay double fee on EICR.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
Asked to carry out an EICR. The electrician who carried out the work failed the property for quite a serious issue, when I got a second opinion the issue wasn't actually there. The electrician CNC had provided just hadn't bothered to look properly.
