1 carpenter 2 electricians 2 fitters 2 scaffholders and a delivery man with boiler radiators and pipes spend 2 hours at my property then decide job will take more than a day and leave. then to be told a lie and then to be told phone you back in a hour which never happened. Then after phoning them back i get not coming back for 10 days. All that after turning my house upside down making room for them to work. Only thing missing are the Indians. oh and i have to leave 1 star to leave a review....Add on It is almost 3 weeks since first date given and still job is not complete . Words for this company fail me .And they know there is a disabled lady paralyzed from neck down lives here

Brilliant service. Had to have gas fire taken out and capped. New electric fire and surround fitted. Including altering skirting boards so fireplace fit flush. Lovely workmen gas and electric engineers. Fantastic service from start to finish .also thankyou to Roger who came out to us to choose fire .excellent .thankyou to you all involved

Always book an afternoon appointment, which I'm told it's from 12 to 5, yet they always show up between 9 and 10:30 which means I end up missing appointments and receiving final warning letters. Another annoying thing about them turning up when I'm unavailable is that they don't even leave a card saying they've turned up. Customer service are very helpful though, even if there is always a bad connection on the phone meaning it takes multiple calls to them to sort anything out
