Took my Hoover in to be repaired after almost giving up on it. Clarke's could have sold me a new one, but were honest enough to say the existing one could be repaired - and charged me the princely sum of £5 for so doing. Superb customer service which one never gets when buying online. I have bought all my white goods through them for the past 20 years. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

your guys have just visited and once again resurrected our washing machine. I called this morning seeking help, you puzzled over the diary of visits and arrived just a few hours later as it suited us both. the engineers are friendly, pleasant and quietly diplomatic as they handed back the penny lodged in the outflow pump that for weeks now has been the reason for the machine crashing about with alarm each spin cycle as it tries to squeeze the water out past this small but just the wrong size obstacle … and so, from thinking we may need a new machine, we are, slightly embarrassed, and back to normal … great service and worth every penny !

Brilliant service. Dropped tumble dryer in to fix on Thursday morning at start of lockdown 2 and it was fixed by the afternoon. Couldn't ask for a quicker service and very reasonable bill too. Thankyou.

Clarkes have recently repaired my washing machine and ageing Dyson cleaner. Both repairs were carried out quickly and efficiently and at a very reasonable cost. They are friendly and helpful too! Highly recommended!

Exceptional customer service. Asked questions, diagnosed problem with two appliances by phone.. Very willing to come out and repair both within days. Followed trouble-shooting advice given and got both appliances to work. Simple, straight foward customer service. Very rare these day. Highly recommended

Cooker element went today at 3.30pm. I went to the shop to buy a new one. They were able to come out straight away and fit it. Excellent service. Christmas sorted.
