The staff in this branch are just a joke!!!!. they have a huge communication issues.

Absolutely useless website. Cannot look at products without being registered on system. Tried to register and system failed to send verification email, just left me going round in circles on the site. If they cannot be bothered to even show products on their website then I cannot be bothered to let my engineers use them further.

I have always found the staff at this branch to be helpful and polite, even when I turn up at 0600hrs.

How great is it they open at 6am it’s so hard to get around anywhere after 7

I had the displeasure of visiting Croydon Edmundson. I purchased a couple of items. These were very heavy cables. 4 core 2.5 mm SWA 100 meter and 4 core 1.5mm SWA 100 meter.
I am an old man, these cable drums were left in the shop and it was pointed out to me. I struggled to roll these from the shop to my car and then a big struggle to put these in the boot of my car. My neck and back are badly hurting now. No help was offered at all although staff could see I was struggling. Very poor service.
I have been in retail industry for a very long time and if my staff wouldn't help a customer then they wouldn't be working for me.
Very very poor customer service by an assistant namely Shanes according to the invoice. I will neither visit nor recommend this shop to even my enemy although Edmundson are a very reputable company but their staff need to be trained better as far as customer customer is concerned.

Open and trading no need to purchase on line..

Service extremely slow. Not enough staff at the counter. Waited over 20 mins to buy a couple of items

Best Wholesaler around, massive cable stock and staff with a wealth of knowledge.
Haven't visited for a long while as work has taken me in a different direction, but I was pleased to catch up with some old friends...
