On average very cheap. Highly recommended for electrical equipment. You can reverse items online and pick up at the trade counter. My item was still available 3 days after my reservation. And the assistant found it in seconds. Very helpful and good gear.

Shoddy product quality and no aftercare or customer service - sold me a clearly dented and scratched canopy cooker hood and are refusing to replace, builder on site waiting to install and these crooks have taken my money and provided a faulty product! Flouting my consumer rights and in breach of contract, absolutely disgusting, terrible service! Do not spend your money with these cowboys.

Ordered my product online and it was ready the next day so from that point great service. Dealing with the staff is another matter. When I went to collect my item, not a hello or thank you, it all seemed too much trouble. The best word to describe them is miserable.
