I recently moved into a new house and wanted to replace the ceiling lights in the kitchen, bought two spotlights from Juice, excellent customer services, fast dispatch and high quality product. Highly reccomended.

Purchased a desk lamp which, when I unpacked it, wasn't big enough for what I needed. I requested to return it, unused and in it's original polystyrene packaging. First, I was quoted a £14.95 collection charge (almost 3x original cost of delivery). Then, when I advised I would return it myself at my own expense I was advised that a 25% 'handling charge' would be deducted from my refund because the original cardboard box had torn during opening and a replacement would need to be sourced. That's a £13.88 charge FOR A CARDBOARD BOX. Complete rip-off. Think very carefully before buying from this company. Dr Phillip Mather
