Terrible service, returns policy is a joke charge 15% "Handling fee" on a notice in the shop (nothing on receipt or website) rather go to Recon in Chesterfield never charged me for returning goods and give a great price unlike Edmundson.

Never will use this place again in my life, future customers beware.

Bought 4 LED Fluorescent tubes just over a year ago and 2 have now failed. Contacted the Hermitage Lane store in Mansfield last week and was told they would contact the supplier and would ring back the next day. Nearly a week later I am still waiting.
