David first visited us around 5 years ago to replace broken immersion heater. He arrived when he said he was going to and quickly completed the job. Since then we have used David to install CCTV, an alarm system, new consumer unit and any other electrical needs that we might have. When there was an issue with the one CCTV camera, David resolved it quickly and without fuss.

Davis is friendly, one time when he was working here he actually went out of his way to offer me a lift to my son's school when I needed to get there quickly. He has recommended other trades to us, which we have gone on to use, based on David's recommendation, such is our level of trust in him and quite simply we would not trust our electrical work to anyone else.

We wanted to add a new 32amp circuit to our existing consumer unit in order to install a hot tub in the future and needed the installation part p certified for its warranty. After phoning round a number of places locally all of which seemed to make the process particularly complicated and seemed extortionately priced with at least three visits needed, charging an hours labour each time. We came across Pilgrim Electrical, David popped around the same day, quoted under the cost we expected for the job, was friendly, honest and helpful in advising us on what needed to be done. As we were burying cable ourselves prior to the work being completed. Once this was done, we gave him a call and he came out the same day, no fuss, very professional and certificate received that evening. We would only now use him again for any electrical work we need completing. If your looking for someone to complete any work at a reasonable price I would recommend calling David first before wasting your time with other companies.

Oh my goodness! I’m so happy. I called Dave yesterday and explained that it was urgent because I have a freezer on the way and had problems with the socket. He managed to squeeze me in today, the next day between appointments. He came, tested everything and sorted things out for me quickly. I’m overjoyed. I’m just so happy. I’ll definitely use him again without question. Thank you Dave!

I would highly recommend David at Pilgrim Electrical. He was extremely professional, highly knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. He has done an excellent job and I will definitely be using his services again when the need arises. A genuinely nice bloke too!

Pilgrim Electrical have just upgraded 50 old style spot lights to energy efficient LEDs and they look great. They came in and got on with the job quickly when they said they would and with absolutely no mess.

Would 100% recommend them. Next job will be a full alarm system.
