Poor customer service....unbelievable! Takes ages to organise anything. Then when the work is finally done no invoice or proof work completed until 8 weeks later and that's only because I called! They sub contract the work, I think. The actual electrician is good but why they are managed by the people who profess to being customer service is beyond me. Go somewhere else!!

I was in desperate need of an electrician on a Saturday about a week before Christmas, because I had been served with a safety notice and my electricity supply had been temporarily disconnected.
I'd tried a couple of electricians, but because of the holidays they were unable to help. I called Bowers and Barr to find the have an emergency service 24/7. Within an hour of speaking to the on call electrician he was at my home sorting things out. As he didn't have the correct part he installed a temporary but safe fix with a promise to sort out properly as soon as possible.
I am unable to fault the service and would highly recommend Bowers and Barr to everyone. Needless to say they are now at the top of my 'go to' electricians list for any future installations.
