Raylec Ltd. Electrical Installations

Raylec recently completed the electrical works on our new Garden Room. From the initial phone call through to the final installation, their approach was personal, professional and beyond my expectations. Their office staff were friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. Staff turned up on time and were very skilled. Stuart who completed the work was excellent. He listened carefully and nothing was too much trouble. He completed the work to a very high standard and was tidy and considerate. The price was competitive and reasonable. It was a pleasure to have Raylec complete this work and I would 100% recommend them.

Raylec carried out a full. check on the wiring in my house and subsequently completed the necessary work to update the system. Natalie and Charlotte in the office were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and Stuart,the electrician, did a great job, was pleasant to have around and left no mess behind. I felt that everone went out of their way to make sure that i was happy and I have nothing but praise for the company.

Used Raylec for an outdoor lighting installation. Very good company, fitted everything we needed and also had some god ideas on new layouts. Would always use Raylec.

Really happy with the service we got from Raylec Ltd to install a new electric car charging point at home. Gavin came for the site visit and installation. He is very punctual, professional and friendly. During the installation he was super tidy and had the installation done in no time at all and explained how to use the unit. When he left, you'd have hardly know that he had been there.

Being sensible enough to know water and electric don't mix I called in the Professionals to do some work in my bathroom. These guys came out on time, fully prepared and with a friendly smile - all on a Monday morning!
Such a relief to have friendly, reliable people doing quality work, not to mention being tidy too 😃
They even followed up to check everything was OK and I was satisfied with the work! This is how business should be done.

They came back to me with a competitive local price, that being said you could get the charger and installation from one of the big national companies a bit cheaper I had no interested in using then buy local if you can is the way forward
They came to fit the unit on the allocated day and on time, the job all went very well and according to plan. The electrician was very tidy and methodical in his works and took a good bit of time showing us how it all worked and helped with setting up the app
So all in all I can't fault Raylec the whole experience was so easy
So I would certainly recommend them
