Kingsnorth came, as the electricians my bathroom fitters always use, to fit new spotlights, a towel rail, a shaver point and underfloor heating. The spotlight fitted in the shower was left in a dangerous condition ( a hole all round the external edge) and the fitting of both the towel rail and underfloor heating was just lazy. The switches for the towel rail were placed where they were convenient for the fitter and look messy and untidy. I had specifically asked for them to be tucked away. I am most upset about the underfloor heating, basically a square was just fitted in the middle of the room so if you stand anywhere else the floor is cold. I would never use them again. For my hard earned cash I got a lazy workman who obviously has no pride in what he does. Very disappointed especially because I have an excellent electrician I wanted to use but these jokers came as part of the deal.

Have used Kingsnorth for our own clients, for PAT testing office faults and privately at our home on numerous occasions over about 4 years. Andrea in the office is great, Mark is so helpful and recently James came out to our home for emergency repairs and was just fabulous. Highly recommend them.

This company commissioned the electrics on a pool. The electric cover doesn’t work (for the second time) but they want payment before they will come and look at it. It was installed 7 months ago. The chap fitted the cover and left without showing me things and didn’t say goodbye either. Do not use them in case you too have a problem. Obviously their work isn’t guaranteed!!

I contacted Kingsnorth Electrical as our solar inverter was not working properly. The very nice electrician came out the next day and found the problem. He needed to replace cables which had been incorrectly used by the original installers and had partially burnt out! He had to go back to get replacements, but returned at the time he had stated and quickly did the repair.
He was pleasant, professional and the charge for the work was very reasonable.
I have previously used Kingsnorth Electrical for another problem, and I find them to be extremely helpful and good value for money. They are our go to electricians, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
