Big Sparks

Since working from home more, I've really noticed the lack of light in my study area. I contacted Phil at Big Sparks to see if I could get a more suitable light installed. Phil provided a fantastic service at a reasonable price. Highly recommended for all your domestic electrical needs.

Phil upgraded our fuse box, carried out electrical safety checks & repairs. He was reliable, thorough and explained everything to us giving us great peace of mind that our electrics were all safe.

We had a Wiser Smart Heating system installed. Initially there was an issue, due to the complexity of our wiring, but Phil came back out to investigate and resolve the problem. This was done in a polite and professional manner and was resolved after some troubleshooting.

Phil installed a Wiser underfloor heating controller as an extension to my existing system as well as some other small electrical works. He's really friendly and gave me a competitive quote. Communicated well and arrived on time, did a spot on job and was very tidy.

Phil recently installed a Wiser smart heating system for me. He was super helpful, friendly, responsive and reliable. He explained things clearly to me and was able to quickly deal with a couple of issues I had. I can’t recommend the Wiser system enough - I’m only heating the rooms I need to heat, when I need to heat them, and to the exact temperature I want them! It’s fantastic! Super easy and rapid to boost the temperature in a room if/when necessary, or stop it heating if it’s getting too warm. I absolutely love it and am so grateful to Phil for introducing me to it - I had no idea anything like it existed.

I have recently had my garden landscaped and wanted some nice lighting to finish it off. Phil was recommended to me by my landscaper and I am really pleased with the finished effect.
I found Phil to be very thorough, he gave me a very reasonable quote, came when he said he would and really went the extra mile, helping me to source the appropriate lighting, suggesting alternative solutions to some of the problems that I have had with security lighting and he did an excellent job.
He also replaced some fittings inside my home and was very patient with me as I kept changing my mind with regards to what I wanted and adding extra little jobs.
