Joe arrived on time, having been the day before to make sure he had the right materials. He explained exactly what he needed to do and explained his prices. The final price was less than expected and invoice itemised. He is a pleasure to have around. He gets on with dogs , is professional, efficient and is very knowledgeable. Joe did a great job replacing our kitchen lights with led downlights. He talked through the various options and provided a detailed breakdown in his quote. He stuck to the original dates, did a very neat job and left everything cleaner than it was when he started. We are very pleased with the finished result. Joe was excellent. Turned up at very short notice and managed to troubleshoot the problems with the heating thermostat which had been rewired by a non-electrician previously. he also carried out some general safety checks for good measure. Very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. His number is definitely saved in my phone now. 100% recommend!
