Do not use - Quoted me £60.00 per hour, on site for 56 Minutes, invoiced me for 2½hours - £150.00. After proving how long their plumber was on site Ben very ungraciously reduced labour to £75.00 - 75 minutes! Do not confuse them with Cheshunt Bathroom Centre who have supplied me with over £3500.00 of bathroom equipment, John & Ian both giving excellent service and value for money.

Excellent service. Ben gave us advice regarding purchasing a new induction hob, researched and sent us options, kept in touch regarding delivery then arranged for an electrician to fit and install it for us. Absolutely excellent customer service, we would highly recommend this company.

I phoned at 1230 on New Year’s Eve with a problem with my elderly mother’s boiler- she had no hot water or heating and the service I got from Gibbs was absolutely amazing. They had fixed the problem by 1530 and I could relax knowing my mother had heat ant hot water for the New Year Bank Holidays. There are not many firms that would do this at such short notice.
