Amazing service: the inspector was on time, had great communication with me throughout the process, very professional, answered all my questions and provided feedback on the inspection outcome within the timeframe I was initially told. Would highly recommend to anyone, you can trust these guys!!!

An Engineer from PRIME Electrics visited us for an EICR test from Landlord Certificates and turned our Kitchen lights off after the test from the fuse board. I was definitely sure he did something in the fuse box as he did not touch any other switch or light or anything in the house. He only worked in the Fuse board under the stairs.

We realised that the lights were turning on when it became dark and I reported the issue to Landlord Certificates.

They have also failed my EICR test citing some minor issues.

Following my complaint to Landlord certificates Giorgio from Prime Electric called me and said he will send the engineer to fix the lights issues.

He also explained the issues on the report are minor and they can fix them when they come to fix the lights because they left us in the dark for 3 days.

Next day morning Engineer arrived to fix the lights issue and found out that the wire is cut in the fuse box. He fixed it however refused to fix the other minor issues Giorgio promised to fix on the previous phone call.

So I called Giorgio and asked about his promise on the previous phone call. He however refused to fix and said it is not free. When I challenged him about the previous conversation he started to abuse me and again apologised when asked why he is abusing.

By no means this is professional service and these guys abusing the customers directly meaning how they treat us behind our backs.

Avoid this rude abusive unprofessional service by any means.

I had EICR certificate 9 months ago and related remedial work. After long time I checked and ask him to amend the repair he done on the certificate and he was very quick to amend and send the certificate. Thanks

The engineer came and did a fantastic job, and even a few days after the install when I had some follow up questions, Giorgio was super helpful and responded really quickly. A big thumbs up from me, and I definitely recommend their services.

I used Prime Electrics as they were recommended from a friend who used them. Giorgio was very helpful and very knowledge. We left him and the team to crack on with the job and they completed it with no issues. He was very clear about what he was going to do and had planned out the operation to the smallest detail.
