Really good emergency response as I had to have a weekend call out, as all the sockets in my home failed while I was away. Jon came and worked really fast on finding a solution. All sorted, it was in the end a simple solution, but complicated to trace, as with many electrical issues. Thank you so much for working systematically through my home to sort it all.
