Over the last 18 months CES have done an excellent job rewiring and fitting out to a very high standard of work the entirety of my house renovation. They were always responsive, punctual and honest/transparent in pricing, and they were very accommodating of my specific requests for various bits of non-standard equipment. We had some extractor fans replaced at our housing group and some new sockets added in some bedrooms. The electrician was really friendly and did a great job. The work all looked great and he handled ad-hoc requests from myself and residents with a smile! Thanks for putting up with us :-)

Nick was extremely helpful and was contactable on the afternoon of New Year’s Day. First he talked me through the issue how to diagnose the issue over the phone, and suggested I send him a picture of our fuse board so he could navigate the problem with me effectively. He was really helpful and efficient, nothing was too much trouble or ruffled him). When he diagnosed that the smoke alarms were on the same problematic circuit, he offered to finish his tea and come over straight away to fix the issue. I was really impressed by this level of service and care, on New Year’s Day. When he came, he was friendly and professional, figured out the problem and changed the fuse in two minutes flat. I feel very reassured knowing it is Nick’s company who is handling the electrics in our house!

I emailed Nick on Wednesday evening and by Thursday at 1pm, he and his engineers had diagnosed and replaced our very sensitive RCD so our home is now safe. The job sheet told me they'd understood the problem, the engineers told me what they were doing and why. When they didn't have the part in the van, the said they'd try to locate it and kept in touch. As it was, they were back in touch in twenty minutes with a fix!

Thank you so much, I will definitely use again - we have bathroom renovations and a loft conversation to sort out. It's a relief to find a trustworthy company.

My existing hob isolator blew shortly before Xmas and Nick managed to get someone out short notice to repair the wiring and install a new switch. Thank you for the professional service and quick turn around.
