Absolutely brilliant emergency service. We phoned at 8pm and Neil answered straight away and talked through the issue with us, he asked for a few pictures and managed to solve the issue using the pictures. Issue solved within 5 minutes. Wow what a great find. Neil responded to my query straightaway. Our Wi-fi hadn’t been connecting properly into our office and we thought it was the CAT 5 cabling. He was extremely thorough and checked everything and talked us through the problems we were experiencing, providing solutions along the way. He went over and above and took our extended away to completely reset it and dropped it back the same day. Can’t fault the service he provided so much so that he’s coming back to fix some lights in the garden. Would highly recommend using Neil for any electrical issues that you have. Great guy.

We had an electric emergency at home when our cooking oven blew the fuse and took rest of the sockets out in our Kitchen/ Living area. In today's 30 degrees sweltering heat, this was driving us mad. I was struggling with the circuit breaker and it was very difficult to get someone to come over and fix it on an urgent basis. My wife (Resh) rang Neil and although he was unable to do a call out to us, he got onto Facetime and actually helped me fix the issue remotely! This is absolutely going above and beyond and really pleased with Neil's customer service, empathy and initiative to help. Btw, I didn't become his customer this time as he didn't charge me for his "remote fix" but we are definitely going to approach him for our next electricity related requirement. Thank You Nick.
