We had a bit of an emergency when one of the RCD switches kept tripping out, so we called TNS, intending to book an appointment. However, the staff member I spoke to, instead, gave us clear, straightforward advice and so, with his guidance to take us through a process of elimination, (over three phone calls,) we were able to identify the fault and a call out wasn’t needed, after all. Thank you, TNS!
