I am in the process of re-doing my house and have had many trades in and out, with varying experiences across them...I recently had Mark and his team around and I have no hesitation in recommending Electric-Call. If you have any electric work required if I was you , I would give these guys a call. They are a very knowledgeable and professional group of electricians and the work they carry out is to a very high standard. In fact I have already recommended Mark several times and will continue to do so.

Had to call Mark out around 11pm for an issue with a socket that kept tripping the fuse box. He was with us 30 mins after putting the call in and had everything back in working order within an hour. Hopefully there will be no further issues but would not hesitate to call again. Well priced when compared to other local electricians

Called Mark out after a power cut and he was with us in under 30 minutes. Tracked down the fault and did the necessary repairs immediately! Professional, thorough, friendly, did a brilliant job. Will not hesitate to use him for future electrical work and highly recommend.

Called Mark early on Sunday morning with my tale of woe. No electricity, hence no cooker, no heating, no lights etc etc. He asked some questions and talked me through a process, which resolved the problem without my needing a visit. Thanks for being there Mark and for listening. Very professional, while approachable. Recommend Mark to help and hed in my list of go to people now....👍👍

Horrific experience - I have used them once before to check some cables, they ruined the plaster board, said they'd come and fix it, then never did and refused to... Mark is inexperienced and not worth the money

Rang Mark on Monday 2/1/23 and he arrived within 20 minutes. Checked all my upstairs lighting units following a burst loft pipe flooding. Checked and made good/safe where necessary including fuse box. We have lights again!! Thank you Mark and your company, A SUPERB SERVICE! Peter, Berkhamsted

I've called out Electric-call Ltd to diagnose smart meter issue which arised after the meter installation. My storage heater has not switched on even once after the smart meter installation, therefore it had to be diagnosed by an independent electricial. Electric-Call has conducted all the necessary tests and diagnosed a failure of the smart meter. It took less than half an hour to diagnose. I am more than happy with the result as with the report provided can prove to Bulb that it is their fault and not a fauty storage heater. I would defo recommend this company to anyone and will not use another company if ever I need electiric services again. Very professional and not expensive comparing to others.
