EPM electrical plumbing maintenance

Gareth recently rewired a property I had purchased and did an absolutely fantastic job. Not only did he make safe the electrics throughout the property, he also gladly added in plug sockets at request and completed some additional plumbing jobs. He even spotted some structural issues our surveyor had missed and relayed these to our builder!

Gareth was kind and helpful throughout the job and since. He kept costs within budget. He was very clean and thorough in his work. And he provided updates throughout, always giving me the opportunity to add things or to say if things weren’t what I wanted (which was never the case because he did everything as requested from our initial walk through!).

Gareth is a very honest and hard-working person, who gives advice and support willingly and generously. I would absolutely recommend his services.

After paying the invoice last night, Gareth contacted me just this morning to me know that we had accidentally overpaid and to ask for our preferred details for the refund so that he could organise it asap. Beyond being able to say what a great job Gareth did, I think that tells you a lot about how fantastic and considerate he is to work with!

We used EPM to fault find an issue with our outdoor lighting. They tested and replaced a previous poor choice of fittings with a far more resistant choice for our U.K. weather! Great to have the garden lit up again.

Gareth and his colleague worked conscientiously in our property, with the works carried out in a timely manner and to a great standard. Really pleased with the job. Will certainly be using them again if ever needed. Great to know we’ve a really reliable and trustworthy trades person in our phone contacts!

We had problems with an electric shower and sockets. Gareth and his colleague came promptly. Gave a fair quote for the work and returned to do the work as promised. At all times they were polite and helpful. They did an excellent job. I will definitely use them again.

Gareth was hired to install indoor lightings in three bedrooms (and ensuite bathrooms) and a dishwasher in the kitchen. Gareth and his team worked diligently in a professional manner with effective solutions to finish the task within an affordable budget. We have just moved Into a new property and needed a new fuse box and 5 new lights fitted. Gareth and his colleague Rob were incredibly friendly very professional and did a great job. I even asked on the day to have a switch moved which Gareth was more than happy to get sorted for me. They were very accommodating and left the place how they found it .
