First impressions were great - even that a service like this existed. A main cable fault damaged appliances in a large proportion of 105 homes affected by the resultant power outage and surge. Staff were on site all weekend. All were extremely courteous and the engineers were great when you got one,!but the system was chaotic and slow. No useful communication or plan of action.

Fread and Tom attended tonight fixed my washer then mentioned the alarm system which they were not there to fix but sorted it top guys this company have been great since the massive power surge in Bolton last week

Speaking as an ex-employee; this is a Mickey Mouse company full of liars and frauds. The actual engineers and technical staff are top notch guys and know what they are doing, but I wouldn't want to touch them with a barge pole either as an employee or customer as if anything goes wrong, all they do deny deny deny the facts and make up their own reality. They treat their staff like dispensable pieces of trash and have no regard for employee welfare despite claiming otherwise. Never use them.
