After suffering with flickering dimmer lights for ages, we decided it was time to get this, and a few other issues fixed. From start to finish Paul was professional, friendly and arguably even more importantly in this day and age.. very reasonably priced. He clearly explained what he was doing, how it would be fixed and at no point did I feel confused or worried. I would happily hire Paul again.
