I have used Terry Baker many times in the past and again recently, had a number of their electricians doing various jobs and every time I received professional, friendly and precise service. Their office staff are also very accommodating and responsive. An excellent company on all fronts.

He was ok but take care as he turned up 3 days early never heard back from receptionist

Electrician worked tirelessly to find tripping fault. Arrived on time, very easy to talk too and understand the process he is going through.

Professional from start to finish and very impressed with aftercare and communication. Would defiantly use again.

He made several appointments to come and survey the job and give me a quote never turned up for any of them and came up with a load of lame excuses.

I will never use this company due to how they portray the company in the manner they drive their vans. I really hope their electrical work is better than their ignorant and rude driving (in a liveried van) This morning the wrong way around a roundabout into Godinton Road. Must have saved the driver 5 seconds.

Thank you for your response, it is good to see you are looking into the issue etc. Technically the "Screw Head" at the end of Godinton Road isn't a roundabout. That said everybody applies the rules of a roundabout and would not expect a vehicle to approach the Screw Head from the Lidl direction and not go around it, especially as there were cars approaching from the car rental direction at the same time. Unfortunately I did not get the van registration number. It was early Tuesday morning 10/8/21, I would say just before 7:00.
