My husband and I woke on one of the coldest days so far this winter to find that our main electrical circuit had tripped and would not stay in the on position. Having ascertained that our regular electrician was too busy to help us, we went to RB -- accompany we had used in the past. We spoke twice to Richard, who was similarly busy all day, but was determined to help us out over the phone. With his help we isolated the cause of the problem (our combo boiler), restored power to everything else and -- as he advised -- called a specialist heating engineer to repair the boiler. Thank you Richard!

Richard did the rewiring work when we completely re-furbished our house.It was done very professionally and efficient. I would definitely recommend him.

Richard did my lights in my garden room. He found 12 tiny down lights and fitted them in between my beams. It was a very awkward job, and everyone perfectly centralised, as I said very awkward. Thank you Richard you deserve the 5 stars

Really pleased with the service provided by Richard, we called over the weekend and managed to get a Monday morning first thing appointment. Arrived exactly on time and was able to just take the fittings as seen on the day and install them within the hour. Fantastic communication and availability - highly recommend.

Rob came today to check some work I would like to have done. He was very good at explaining what options I had and why he wouldn't be able to do some of the work the way I wanted it (not safe!). He was very polite and patient with me as I have no idea about electrics. I'm now waiting for a quotation.
