We have recent had a number of electrical tasks carried out by KG Electrical. Kyle & his team are reliable, efficient & very knowledgeable. They listened to our requirements & gave us the best possible advice. The work was completed to the highest standard & we were fully consulted throughout the process. The team have an excellent customer focus. We are delighted with the end product in both the internal & external electrical work.

Kg electrical have done 2 jobs for us; new utility extractor and extractor above our oven. Both times they were extremely professional, polite and tidy. They did a wonderful job at great value for money and we are extremely pleased with the work carried out. We would highly recommend them.

We used KGEC to install an electrical humidistat fan in the kitchen which was a requirement for us to get cavity wall insulation with another company. The layout of the kitchen is tricky but Kyle was able to suggest a good solution for running the power cable to where we wanted the airvent which meant not having to replace tiles or take off kitchen cabinets. Callum and his colleague arrived to fit the air vent and did it quickly and professionally. We underestimated how dusty the work would be though and in hindsight would have put down more dust sheets before they arrived if we had known. All in all I would definitely use the company again for any electrical needs.

Repaired my lighting - the job turned out to be bigger than expected and yet Callum was able to stay longer to finish the job and did it with great professionalism. Would definitely recommend.

KG electrical installed a humidistat fan in our bathroom where we had been having a condensation problem. Kyle Gamble rapidly assessed the job and provided a list of works and quote. Gabby was very helpful and efficient scheduling the job which was carried out extremely competently, exactly as specified, by Luke, leaving the site clean and tidy for making good and re-tiling. We are very satisfied with the installation and are happy to recommend this excellent local company.

We were very happy with K G Electrical, there was a lot of work in our new house which needed to be done (light switch relocations, new wall sockets). The work was done professionally and after the work was done they cleaned the house.

In our initial quote we made some changes in the last minute which they were able to do but after some more communication it resulted in one more day of work. Overall it was great that they were open to change the quote to accommodate our last minute changes. (It was a little bit of confusion about this as the engineer on site didn't know about this but in the end it ended up good!)

Luke was leading the work and we were very happy with his work. He always explained everything and understood all our (complicated) requirement.

The whole team were really helpful, answering any questions I had. Joel was on time, even after me asking for it to be slightly earlier, and did a perfect job - will definitely be recommending to other residents in my block. Thanks guys!
