Was pleasantly surprised to hear that he was an electrician and in spite of never having met before, he saw our plight and fixed our problem. Luke installed replacement lights in our bathroom. He also sourced and replaced two outside lights for us. Luke is a polite and generous electrician. He established a she's needs quickly and efficiently and then comes and does the job effectively.

Today (Sunday) we called him for help to diagnose a problem we had. Basically the RCD was tripping. He came over and diagnosed the problem and found a simple solution. And he would not charge for his time!

Luke did a full rewire of our house after we moved in (he had also done the Electrical Installation Condition Report after we had put the offer in.) The job was done to a very high level and Luke explained what the issues were and the necessary solutions.

They clearly knew what they were doing and I have real confidence in the final result. In addition, our home was left tidy and with minimal disruption.
