We were left with no power late evening on Sunday and Stephen was very quick to respond. He took time to go through the instructions via phone to get some power back to the essentials and managed to fit an appointment next day. Stephen was able to visit within a couple of hours of our emergency call and had the problem resolved within half and hour or so. He explained everything clearly and was friendly and left the place cleaner than when he started. Very happy with the service and would definitely call him again if we have any electrical problems.

Sorted out my smoke alarm when I called outside of normalcy work hours. Said he’d be there in an hour and was there in an hour. Wore the shoe cover things so he didn’t get any dirt on the floors or anything. Just an all round really professional, effective job. Highly recommend if you need an emergency electrician.
