He turned up within a couple of hours, explained what needed doing very clearly, put my mind at ease, restored my power, and provided me with some advice on what to do next and look out for. Absolutely fantastic experience with Ibby at A Windmill Electrics. We had an emergency RCD issue and called around several places. This was the first company to answer. They arrived in under an hour and the charge was very reasonable for an evening emergency call out (less than half the price we paid for the same issue with a different company the week before). Ibby resolved the issue and even stayed for nearly the remainder of the hour that we paid for to talk us through how to resolve it if it happened again. He was so friendly and professional. Highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again if we have a need.

They've helped me with changing some ceiling downright on a couple of occasions. The service is very friendly and professional and they provide very useful, practical advice.

At some point at 3:30 pm yesterday all of the spotlights in the ceiling of my kitchen went out. I was so disappointed and frightened at the idea that I would have to spend the rest of my evening and night without any lights in my kitchen.
I called 5 different companies offering electrical services in South London but they were unavailable or said that they would call back and never did.
Only Windmill electrics Ltd responded. They arrived at 10:00 pm on Friday and within an hour or less my spotlights in the kitchen were back on ! I was so happy and relieved that I would not have to spend the night without any lights in my kitchen.
I found them to be very courteous, polite, efficient and prompt and their service is one of a kind. I can't say how happy and grateful I am to them and I will definitely be using them in the future if the need arises.

I called quite late in the evening when my power failed. I was told that someone could come out, but that I should call the UK Power Network first to see if there was a problem in the area. It turned out to be an issue with a local substation, which was fixed a few hours later.

Windmill Electrics were extremely approachable, helpful and responsive and I really appreciated their advice, which saved me a call-out charge as the problem was elsewhere.

I will definitely be contacting them again should I have any future issues that need fixing. Thank you Windmill Electrics!
