Excellent company, we've used several times now and have been impressed with the service each time. Electricians are always friendly, polite and have given us honest, fair quotes for major jobs such as rewiring as well as dealing with smaller jobs like faulty fittings/missing fuses. Will certainly be using again.

Bison Electrical were absolutely great from start to finish - I’ll definitely be using them again.

I had a few jobs that needed doing: two new sockets to be installed in the lounge, a new ceiling rose in the kitchen, and an extractor fan replacement. I enquired about the job on a Saturday afternoon and Shane got back to me almost straight away with a very reasonable quote.

The job was quickly booked in for the Monday week, thanks to Lisa back at Bison HQ - who was really helpful throughout.

Shane then came round and ticked off the first two jobs without any fuss. He was really friendly, unfailingly polite, and even put in some additional wall chases for free (which I’ll use to hide TV cables)!

Shane then advised quite rightly that the extractor fan job was bigger than I’d thought - due to the positioning of the fan, available wiring, and ventilation channels.

We agreed to book that in as a separate job, which Lisa noted when she called to confirm the charge (which was exactly the same as the original quote).

In summary, great end to end service - especially for the average customer like me. Highly recommend!

Lisa booked us in for commercial work to get our new unit ready to open. Installer was friendly and knowledgable and left the site clear after each day. Thank you, really pleased.

JJ was on time and very courteous and professional. He spent a few hours doing the diagnosis -some dodgy wiring was tripping a circuit and he needed to check lots of sockets/ sections. Once he found the problem and he was able to fix things quickly. Would recommend

As an aspiring Electrician, I consider it fortuitous to have crossed paths with Blair from Bison-Electrical. He took the time to care and share his life long experience of the trade whilst I asked my detailed questions about his own journey of becoming an Electrician, all of which were thoroughly answered.
It was a true pleasure to come across another person in the Trade who treats their job seriously, and takes pride in the work they do. Blair is someone who is approachable, and strives to do an honest job and do the best he can.

Both the electrician and admin were very helpful and accommodating. Even when there were a few unforeseen problems with installation of our lights, they went and got what was needed and made sure the job was finished in the time we needed it. This is the second time I used this company and I would use them again.
