Showed up and quoted me for the job (house rewire) - took an hour to do this and we chatted afterwards about seeing some work he's done on other properties in the area. He was going to take us the next day to look at stuff and arranged for us to see things at 6pm. He would meet us.

At half 5 he says he's 10 minutes away...
6pm comes and goes...no one is there
I call and text and get no answer
7pm and he's still not arrived
8pm passes, still no electrician.
9pm we go home, because 3 hours is long enough to waste time waiting for someone.

No text, no courtesy call saying they can't make it, nothing. Incredibly rude.

The next day I text to make sure something serious did not happen, he asks to call me and explain but never calls. I asked for a professional and courteous electrician...not a Tinder date - what professional "ghosts" their clients??? Like I'm not in the middle of a renovation (its a huge project) and my time isn't extremely valuable at the moment! Ridiculous.

Avoid this company. Massive red flags here - completely unprofessional and a massive waste of time on a project that I really needed to get done ASAP. Now I have to tell the builders on my house we have to hold until I find someone else, and that's costing me a fortune.
