Our electrics kept tripping, so after reading positive reviews we decided to contact Astronic. The quote was reasonable, and Stanley fitted us in that afternoon. We were very happy with the quality of the work and the price. Will definitely use again.

I was in need of a very quick EICR for a new tenancy, not realising that it was a new regulation. Stanley was very reassuring on the phone and booked an appointment for the next day. Apart from being late, which was perfectly satisfactorily explained, he was professional, efficient and got the job done, with the certificate, so that I did not have to delay the tenants. I am very grateful.

I must say Stanley was very precessional and checked all the necessary electricity points. He was also very nice too and gave great service. Just from today’s experience received I must say that this is definitely a service we shall recommend to other people too.

I agree with the negative posts here Although the electrics work seemed ok to be fair, to start. This man was rude when confronted about poor finish on part of the scope and denied it was his job. He was aggressive towards my mum and then to me when I took the phone and asked him not to speak to her in that way, as I could hear the raised voice and see my mum shaken. He also made incorrect assumptions about me on the phone, which I found rather offensive and were not really valid if true. Avoid at all costs especially if you want a hasel free job. If using ensure you have the scope signed in writing! Not a nice character. Should have researched these reviews before hiring.

Stanley is a very calm, attentive and caring man.
After what we imagine was a long busy week for him, we called him out as an emergency on a Friday evening. He was kind enough to come round and not just assess a problem, but quickly restore power in our kitchen. He knew without his assistance our freezer full of food would have been ruined.

When he arrived, he quickly assessed the problem, managed to get a temporary solution within the hour. Then was kind enough to fit us in the following day, despite it being a weekend, to replace parts that needed replacing. He also gave us good advice and charges reasonably.

Overall for a first impression, Stanley cannot be faulted. He was very professional, and clearly cares about his craft. We are indebted to you.

We will most certainly be using his services again.
