Lowe PAT Testing

Very quick, professional and fairly priced service. I got some of my rental companies stock (amps, processing equipment, DJ equipment and cables) tested here and was extremely pleased with the result. Everything was tested and ready for collection along with a certificate within just a couple of hours! Craig is a top bloke, he was very understanding and helpful despite some logistical issues at my end (sorry again about that). I could not recommend this company enough, I'll be back for sure! :) Thanks

Asked for urgent visit expained the time frames and was promised an AM visit within the next four dasy with a call an hour before hand to allow me time to be there ( Ithought allowong flexibility would help)

That was on a thursday, fri sat n sun all passed without the call then when I called monday AM I was told it would be Monday PM I explained my displeasure at this and again asked for the 1 hour notice call

teh first call I got was from my staff member asking me what needed testing ? I mean hello but should the tester not know ALL sockets need testing

The guy did the test and left no Cert i called and asked for the cert and was told I can have it the next day, I explained it was need today and was promised it would follow

It came the next day but only half the test IE the front page not the actual cert and naturally the invoice

Poor communication and failed to do any one thing as asked of them correctly or on time
