Greg & Co

I use Greg and Co for everything in a large building, plumbing, electrical work, building services and painting. I can't fault them in anyway. Helpful, prompt, knowledgeable and great quality of work. Very highly recommended.

Since finding Greg and Co, I have not used anyone else. They are quick to respond and turn up when they say they will. This is very rare. I have used them for electrics, plumbing and ad-hoc building tasks. Their prices are fair and they’ve managed to keep my old boiler going for years.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I used Greg and Co for general maintenance for five years including two major renovation jobs. It worked well for years but recently the quality of the service I received dropped dramatically. Pricing now lacks transparency, phone calls are ignored in favour of anonymous emails, and jobs have started to drag on with high labour costs as a result. After a disastrous bathroom refit, which overran by weeks and needed several major and avoidable errors corrected, I’m calling it a day. It’s a real shame as this was a good company to do business with.

Not to do with their building work..but theese guys in their vans dont stop at Zebra crossings when pedestrians are crossing the road.

If the property maintenance is as good as your driving I wouldn’t bother

I'm a tenant and don't own my flat so wouldn't normally review a maintenance company, but Greg & co are excellent and the best I have seen in my 20 years of London renting. We had repeated issues with our boiler that a previous company weren't too bothered to fix other than temporarily. Greg & Co properly investigated on several visits and knew what they were talking about, ensuring eventually we got a new boiler when other things they tried weren't sufficient. I really appreciate their knowledge, expertise and professional attitude. It's very refreshing after multiple 'do the minimum' types who have basically done what my partner & I could do ourselves! Thoroughly recommend.

I have been using this company for many years and what I really appreciate is they always give an honest quote. They explain when it might be more cost effective to replace faulty items rather than trying to source parts and repair old parts. Their plumbers and electricians are highly qualified and can persevere to work out the source of the fault - very helpful in an old building such as ours. They come out quickly when it’s an emergency. They give very helpful advice when remodelling and think of solutions I wouldn’t have known about.

I've used Greg & Co for various things over the year - they fixed a door within hours of calling when I was broken into, fixed our plumbing, mounted a TV on the wall. They are always my first call. Really friendly and professional. I've recommended them to others over the years who've told me they are now their go-to.
