Arranged date and time, didn't turn up, didn't contact. Wasted afternoon. Had to chase... very little keeness to put the wrong right or to keep our business with them. He was very quick to resort to "Do you want to get someone else then?". ... very disappointing as came recommended. I can only give ONE recommendation! Poor!
