Unfortunately my hallway light fitting was transformed into a shower head due to a flooding in the property above mine and all of my power went as a result too. I was very worried as I have children and was unsure if my place was safe. Mr ASWAD attended my property. I called him later that evening to see if he could re attend as the hallway light fixture was very loose and insecure (4mm from ceiling) and he stated the he didn’t actually check the hallway light fitting as “he didn’t have a ladder”, however the paperwork suggests otherwise.
I’ve since had another electrician attend who stated that Mr ASWAD’s work is shoddy and he is clearly negligent. If the light fixture was the source of the water entering my property it should have been checked!
