Paradigm did a fantastic job in getting underground electrics to my outside Endless Pool and fitness facility. Carl went above and beyond in speaking with the pool company beforehand to ensure that we had the right electrical set up for a smooth installation on the day of connection. They were extremely responsive, getting back to me very quickly and keeping me informed if timings changed. Very friendly and professional with great workmanship to boot, can highly recommend them.

Spoke to Carl initially who was very accommodating. He was already busy but made me feel as if I was his only focus. Mark contacted me shortly afterwards to confirm the work and sent a quote which was both timely and acceptable. Amazingly, they were able to start the work within 24 hours by clever use of their personnel. Kian and his assistant attended to complete the work on the mains smoke detectors. He was personable & professional and went about his business leaving no mess behind. He inspected the remaining TV and lighting jobs as agreed, giving advice on the best way to proceed. He returned the following day to finish off, phoning me to confirm his arrival time. He was flexible, friendly and customer-service focused. I have some further electrical jobs coming up and will be looking to Paradigm to complete them for sure. Thanks team.....great job.

I first encountered Paradigm Electrical many years ago when they came out on an emergency call to fix a bathroom light. They arrived promptly, did the job with minimal fuss, in a timely and personable manner allowing me to get to work. We have since used Paradigm to relocate and add electrical sockets, fit lights and install outside lighting. They have not changed. They are still as good as they were the first time we used them, which in my opinion shows that they really do care about their work and there customers. They are our go to for all electrical work.

PAT testing, I called Paragrim on Wednesday afternoon and they had the job done within 24 hours of the call.

Found them on trust a trader as I needed some last minute PAT testing, the guy turned up at 8am on the dot and I had the certificates sent over a few hours after the electrician left, I am so impressed and highly recommend.

Prompt and professional intervention. The management had given me the cost of an intervention beforehand. Then when Kian found out the reason of the call out, he said he could repair it on the spot, and mentioned that the cost of goods and repairs should be added, which is fair enough. The management instantly called me for approval, which I gave. The work was then completed to my satisfaction. Paradigm sent an invoice the day after : to the penny it was exactly as it had been quoted over the phone. Congratulations for a job well done within 24 hours of my call for help.

I had a challenging electrical issue with some high bay lights where access was restricted. Carl was very patient and communicative in helping find the best resolution. His team were very professional and helpful in carrying out the fix working late on a Friday night. Would definitely recommend.

Have previously used Paradigm for outdoor electrical installations and whilst this job was a lot smaller (bathroom extractor fan replacement), the service I received was excellent. I was kept informed of cost leading up to the work being done, Kian completed the work and was polite and professional with the installation not taking long and any mess cleared up and taken away. I would recommend Paradigm for any electrical work.
