E mailed to ask for help/advice/visit - also rang twice - no reply to emails or phone messages - gave up - went elsewhere. Would give no stars, but can't leave a review unless I mark at least one star !

My dishwasher developed a fault at the beginning of this week. It's now Friday. The instruction book explained what the fault would be and recommended calling the service engineer. I called Keith Fenwick, who I assumed, answered the phone and explained the fault and he explained that some water had leaked under the drain and that it should dry out in a few days if I left it. I'm delighted to report that this has happened. I've now put the dishwasher on for the first time this week and it's fine. I just want to say that had I phoned a large service engineering firm they would have sent somebody out, stripped the machine down and charged an arm and a leg. Thank you Keith Fenwick for some very helpful (free) advice.

Helpful and friendly advice. A treasure trove of parts & reconditioned equipment. Can be slow to respond with phone call follow up, but I have used them a number of times now.

Wow. A true local legend. My hoover now sucks harder than my student debt repayments. 10/10 would use their services again. The lady on the desk (Who I can only assume is Mrs. Fenwick) was very knowledgeable and explained the whole repair process. She reported that the big man himself had started - I kid you not - MacGyvering replacement hoover filter prototypes out of what appeared to be chamois and electrical tape, when the manufacturers themselves were out of stock. Impeccable service.

Vacuum cleaner service- done with good old fashioned (excellent) customer service, at a great price and my vacuum has never picked up better. Its as new despite being a few years old and previously overworked! Can definitely recommend Fenwicks 👌
