The two Pauls have done two jobs for us in the last two years. New electric shower (with new supply), new consumer unit, and bathroom extractor fan the first time. New lights in kitchen, bathroom and living room just recently. Complete with all the relevant certificates. My wife and I definitely recommend them. Their work is to a very high standard, they are very conscientious, and clearly very knowledgeable on electrical regulations. Their prices are very competitive. On top of all that Paul and Paul strike us as two very decent trustworthy people.

Paul and Paul quickly responded to my quote request. They arrived on time when they popped around to go through the work that I needed to be carried out (add 3 sockets to the kitchen). After doing a quick check they explained why one of the extension to my sockets would have been trickier than I anticipated.

Work was done professionally, and they emailed me some paperwork certifying the alterations made to my sockets, which is handy when you need to sell/rent out the property.

Paul and Paul were knowledgeable and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends/family and I will definitely consider them for any future job.

They offered other concepts to ideas to meet my goals, these ideas I accepted and they showed no grumbles in having to go to Cambridge to fetch my alternative electrical equipment to meet my needs. They left the place spotless before they departed.

When it came to payment, to my surprise they came in under the original estimation and I thought their original estimation was extremely low compared to other electrician quotes.

Paul & Paul's whole approach was impressive from the start - clearly explaining options and processes, which were all thoughtfully carried out with courtesy and impressive problem-solving skills - to say nothing of the results which really exceeded expectations - can recommend these friendly electricians unreservedly.

Never answer phone - replied by email and quoted without looking at the problem went on description only .very funny way to run a business hence we did not use disappointed as they are local
Appreciate the response but as you Say we were contacted by email & you was confident that the RCD was at fault with out even checking at the property.for your information we had two other electricians who visited & checked everything & confirmed it was the RCD at fault. All free of charge including quote to supply & fit for £40 - we believe you offer free quotes but couldn't confirm a date when to carry out the work only quoating by email .
I hope you can appreciate we had the work completed with pre-vist to quote (free) for £60 less .allways wanting to use local tradesmen this opportunity was difficult to follow up with a quote by email only & so much more expensive.
