Gary (G-SPARK Electrical Services) was introduced to us on the basis of the many excellent reviews already posted by other satisfied clients.
We needed an electrical inspection and test report for our property, which included an outdoor swimming pool.
Gary was prompt with his initial response and gave us a good understanding of what was needed to be done.
The electrical test and subsequent remedial works together with additional new lighting was completed to a very high standard. Gary even included the building of a new timber shed to house the electrics for the swimming pool.
All the new electrical equipment and switches have been labelled, so we now know what each switch does and an NICEIC electrical certificate was received shortly after all the works were completed.
G-SPARK came highly recommended and that is exactly the service we received.

I asked Garry to replace an old fuse box with a new consumer unit and also run a power fed an immersion heater. Gary was extremely professional. He gave a detailed quote and took time to clearly explain the options for the selection of the type of circuit breakers in the consumer unit.

All work was carried out to a very high standard and the property left clean. Gary also thorough tested the complete system, during which he discovered some problems left by previous “electricians”. These were quickly tracked down and fixed.

Gary is the man you need to go to when you have something unusual or difficult to get safely connected. We have used Gary several times over the last few years to undertake a variety of interesting and not straightforward jobs. Having used Gary before I chose G-SPARK Electrical services again when requiring an EICR for my rental property. Gary drew a plan of all sockets/lights and shared photographs (which you don’t normally get from electricians), thoroughly checked all sockets in the property, rearranged cables in the consumer to facilitate next installation report, and rectified issues in the consumer unit left from previous installation when property was recently refurbished. He explained exactly what needed to be rectified and why, which was helpful. Not only is the property safer for my tenants and I have a satisfactory report, but also it gives me extra peace of mind should I need to sell the property in the future.
